At long last

Pictures! Flick is throwing a hissy fit because I'm trying to log in from India instead of Thailand, so I've only put up a few pictures. Hopefully I can get Flicker to behave sometime this week.  Enjoy!

Maggie:

A view of Maggi from the front. The kitchen, office, staff room, and bathrooms are to the left. The cover in the middle is where the children eat lunch (this was also the first class rooms when Maggi was just starting out). To the right are classrooms.

Vajayalokshme with her class. It's Friday which means test day.
Lunch time

Jordie:

Grading a paper

Hindi lesson

I almost took this little girl, and boy above home with me. They are so dang cute

When ever a child stand up to speak to the teacher, they always cross their arms in front of their chest.

Driving around the slum:

To the left, next to the house is the front of a hut. Sue said when they first came to this slum there were no houses, only huts.

Even though it doesnt look it, the buildings are no more then four years old.
