Only four more days until I leave!!
I started packing today, and still have a little more shopping to do before I leave on Saturday 0.o
I can't believe I leave so soon, there is still a lot to get done. But the excitement outweighs the frazzle of getting everything ready. I just hope I'm packed by Saturday and don't forget anything!
While I'm ready to eat my weight in Ugandan food, I'm getting my fill of the comfort foods I know I'm going to miss. So tonight I'm having green chile mac 'n' cheese, and will most definitely be chowing down on some Mexican food and sushi before Saturday.
